Nexceris ISO 9001:2015 Announcement

August 3, 2017 Posted by Elizabeth Ellis

Nexceris is proud to announce our recent transition from ISO 9001:2008 to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard in May 2017. The ISO 9001:2015 certification is our commitment to the highest level of quality and services, both externally and internally.

Nexceris’ Quality Management System (QMS) and all related processes are externally audited to an internationally agreed standard. Certification requirements are set forth by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This means that each process area of our business such as, purchasing, sales and order processing, research and development, internal audits, document control, production, and management are reviewed on a regular scheduled basis. These findings are then analyzed according to the ISO standards. This process of auditing ensures that Nexceris has the same level of excellence in quality as other acclaimed ISO businesses throughout the world.

The ISO standard guides Nexceris in our consistency during our day-to-day operations. By adhering to the ISO standard, Nexceris ensures that our processes are repeatable and predictable. Nexceris uses corrective and preventative actions to improve efficiency, cost of quality, and to reduce unproductive time in our processes. All of which are directly beneficial to our customers.

Compliance to ISO 9001:2015 also means that Nexceris is committed to meeting our customer expectations. At Nexceris, we listen to the voice of the customer and utilize process improvement initiatives to exceed expectations. In addition, Nexceris is determined to continuously improve our current processes to give the best customer experience. These efforts also allow us to focus our attention in research and development so we can offer the latest technologies available in our field while adhering to a high level of quality excellence.

Our dedication to the ISO 9001:2015 standard sets Nexceris apart by showing our commitment to quality. Not just as a quality system, but as a business system. Everyone from the CEO to the individual contributor has part in recognizing quality in every aspect of our business. This empowers each employee to contribute to our commitment to quality excellence that we pass on to our customers.
